Speak with love. Let all of your words be grace seasoned with salt. Let the words of your mouth and the meditation of your heart be acceptable to the Lord God. Speak with love or don't speak at all. What comes out of your mouth with anger and hostility cannot be retrieved. Ask God to tame your tongue and that you would only speak that which is edifying. Ask that you speak the truth in love.
