Being a Christian is not about arguing how right we are, but rather living a life where the hurting, the lonely, the confused, the depressed can come freely to us to inquire how we can be so peaceful in the midst of our storms. It's not about insisting on our own way, but reaching out to comfort others with the comfort we receive from the Lord. May we live life simply today, going about doing the right thing, not just being right.
Let's expose the purpose of the enemy to bring condemnation and guilt. And let's exalt the Name of Jesus through whom we have forgiveness with God and can live sin free by the Holy Spirit. There is therefore now no condemnation to those who are in Christ Jesus. Let's release the bondage and limitations the enemy would want us to walk in and accept the freedom to live with no limitations because He whom the Son has set free is free indeed. Hallelujah! Amen.
Stop signs in traffic are placed there for our protection whether we are walking or driving. Not paying attention to these signs can result in dire consequences. So when God tells us to stop and pray and wait before we move forward He is doing this for our safety and protection -- LISTEN. Stop, pray, wait for God. This is a sure formula for success. It's so very simple to have peace-- just put our problems into God's Hands. He is the Potter and we are the clay. Peace is a commodity that no amount of money can buy. No job, no spouse, no child, no human person can offer you peace. No house, no car, no amount of money in the bank can give you peace. Peace-- true, satisfying, lasting peace is found only in the Lord Jesus Christ. His Peace the world cannot give AND the world cannot take away. So today don't forfeit your peace. Take it to the Lord in prayer. Don't bear the pain needlessly. Put it in God's Hands and He will put Peace in your hearts.
It's so easy to get discouraged in this world. The weight of responsibility, the lack of finances, the frustrations of life , the ups and downs of health, the stagnant career, unfulfilled dreams. BUT GOD. God daily reminds us that He loads us with benefits. Benefits of a believer, benefits of trusting Him. These benefits include the fact that He is in control of our lives, He knows our needs and He is working everything for our good. We have benefits of peace and joy when we let go and let God. Today don't walk in fear or discouragement. Rather look to your God who has promised never to leave you or forsake you. He is Provision. And He is providing for you because He loves you.
Speak with love. Let all of your words be grace seasoned with salt. Let the words of your mouth and the meditation of your heart be acceptable to the Lord God. Speak with love or don't speak at all. What comes out of your mouth with anger and hostility cannot be retrieved. Ask God to tame your tongue and that you would only speak that which is edifying. Ask that you speak the truth in love. Make it an awesome day.

This joy that we have -- the world didn't give it, the world can't take it away. Don't allow the issues of life to rob you of your joy. Don't allow the enemy to steal it. Our joy is precious because of He who gave it and what He did to secure it. Our joy is blood- bought! When you are secure in the fact that God, The Almighty One, loves you -- you will have joy, no matter the trial. When you are confident Jesus died in your place, rose again conquering death and is coming back again so you will be where He is-- HALLELUJAH, YOU WILL HAVE JOY! So be it!
We are covered! Every where we go, everything we do-- we are covered. So continue to abide in the secret place of the Most High. We must stay connected to our Coverer and not deviate from His plan by taking matters into our own hands. Yes, we do our part, but leave what we can't do to God. That's His part because He specializes in the impossible. With Him the impossible becomes possible! Don't come out from under His covering. Abide under the Shadow of the Almighty. There is abundant peace, safety and protection there. Stay covered. Live covered. Have an awesome day.
It's always a good day to rejoice in the Lord and to thank Him for who He is and for all He has done. No matter what your situation might be, no matter what issues of life you may be facing right now, take time to rejoice in the Lord. Take time to thank Him. It's a choice we make whether conditions are favorable or not, whether we "feel" like it or not. Rejoice in the Lord always. He is worthy. Enjoy the day He has made for you.
Thank Him for being such an amazing God. Always dwell on the positive not the negative. See with the eyes of faith, hear with your ears attune to the Word of God. Stand on the promises of God. Positive change is coming. Don’t faint now. Believe to see the goodness of the Lord. He will give you the feet of a deer to leap and skip and jump over every obstacle. Keep rejoicing in your amazing God.
Receive the gift of God’s perfect peace. A peace that surpasses your understanding. A peace the world cannot give. A peace that guards your heart and mind. In every circumstance today and throughout this week may you be aware of God’s supernatural peace. May you not be afraid of anything or anyone. May you stay calm and rest in His peace.
Keep praying. Keep believing. You might feel God is not hearing you because you have yet to see results from your prayers, but Christ followers do not live by their feelings, they live by their faith. You might feel God is blind to your tears or deaf to your prayers, but that is not reality, not the truth. The Truth is He knows, He sees, He hears and even now He is working on your behalf. He will answer, He will provide — in His timing. Trust God that He knows best, trust that His timing is perfect. So don’t stop praying, don’t stop believing. Trust your Heavenly Father who knows best. Have a faith filled day.
I know my Redeemer lives! Because He lives I can face tomorrow. Because He lives I will not fear. If you serve this Amazing God- the One who was, is and is to come, the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob- He has promised never to leave you, never to forsake you. No matter what battle you find yourself in today, turn it over to your Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. He will fight for you. He will strengthen you. He will help you. Keep the faith. Know that your Redeemer lives!!
Trust in God no matter what! Now is not the time to lose faith, rather this is the season to declare our victory as Christians. We win. We win over sin and every strategy of the enemy to bring confusion, division and every evil work. We win over the law of sin and death. We are more than conquerors through Christ Jesus. We are not victims, but victors! Look to Him. He is the answer for all people. Keep trusting Him NO MATTER WHAT!
A smile does not cost a thing, but it gives so much. A smile can change anger to peace, bring unity where there is division, diffuse a tense situation, relieve stress. A smile is a simple expression of the love of God, the joy and peace of God working in and through our lives. I challenge you today to give away that which cost nothing, but reaps big rewards. Smile at your spouse, your children, neighbors, boss coworkers and people you may meet today on your journey. Smile and watch the response and remember God is smiling over you. He is perfecting everything that concerns you and directing your steps. So why not smile.
You have a loving Heavenly Father. He knows you by name. He knows everything about you. Even all the hairs on your head are numbered. He knows your rising and your sitting down, but above all things He proved His love for you by giving His only begotten Son (Jesus) to die in your place. He has not forgotten you, nor will He ever. He is perfecting everything that concerns you. He’s got you in the palms of His Hands. Trust Him today as you go about your everyday activities and thank Him for His love. I challenge you to tell someone today who needs to know this loving heavenly Father.
Let’s trust God all the way – fully. Not half-heartedly, not sometimes or only in certain things, but in all things, in all areas of our lives, leaving nothing out. Trust Him in full confidence and assurance that He is God and He is concerned about everything that concerns us. Nothing is too small or too personal or too messed up to bring before Him in prayer. He will not disappoint. He does not lie. If He said it – He will do it. Praise and thank Him now because your victory is assured. Enjoy your day.
God has NOT given us a spirit of fear so we should reject all fear as it does not come from our Lord, but our enemy the devil. If we give in to fear it will rob us from living abundant lives. Focus on Christ. God HAS given us a spirit of power, love and a sound mind. We can conquer any fear that creeps into our mind by speaking the truth of God’s Word over it. Stand in faith Beloved, don’t give up, don’t give in don’t quit. Believe God. He is about to do His greatest work in you.
Happy are the people whose God is the Lord. We can be happy each and every day. Not necessarily happy about our current circumstances which may not be pleasing —although we are reminded these situations are only temporary so why fret—but we can be happy that we are children of the Most High God, the King of kings. We are happy we are joint heirs with Christ Jesus, happy our sins are forgiven and thrown into the sea of forgetfulness. We can be happy for the life God has given us, the good plans He has for us, happy that we are here! Be happy today. I challenge you to simply trust and obey God for there is no other way to be happy in Jesus. Enjoy the day.
Who are you following? The “sisters” in the church who stopped speaking to you, the “brother” who lied about you, the minister, pastor, deacon, priest who offended you? If you follow “Christians” you will be shipwrecked because the arm of flesh will fail. Jesus has called us to follow Him. Yes, we are part of the Body of Christ and need each other, but follow those who are following Christ with you. Anything other than that leads to disappointment, hurt, confusion, bitterness and unhappiness. Never put a pastor, priest, teacher, prophet, preacher, evangelist, etc. on a pedestal. After all, they are only flesh and blood like you. Look to Jesus the Author and Sustainer of your faith. Walk in peace.
